Jeanette Saunders

Over the course of career, Jeanette has distinguished herself as a subject-matter expert, leading organizations to receive notable local and national awards for training innovation, best-in-class solutions to workforce diversity, best working environments for employees, and organizational performance. In 2013, Jeanette was named Crain’s Business Magazine’s 2013 HR Executive of the Year; she was awarded the YWCA Woman of Professional Excellence, she was also featured in Training Industry Magazine, and; she was appointed to the Airport Council International – North America HR Steering. She has also participated on various national committees and expert panels, and has facilitated workshops on Human Resources, Talent & Performance Management, and Professional & Leadership Development topics across the U.S in the aviation, transportation, government, and human resources sectors.

Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lourdes University, and a Master of Business Administration in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
